How can I determine the amount of video memory my CPU has?

To how much memory your *video card* has in Windows, go to Control Panel, Display, then the Settings tab. There should be a button labelled "Advanced". Click on it, and then go to the "Adapter" tab in the window that pops up. That should tell you how much RAM your video card has.

the cpu does not control the video memory, but I can tell you how to find out how much video memory you have. . right click anywhere on the desktop. . go to properties. . click on the settings tab. . click advanced. . and click on the adapter tab. . it should say the memory size there

open start menu, click run, type "dxdiag" without the quotes. That contains all the info about your computer, processor, ram, sound card, video card.. it's all there.
