Only when you brush your teeth or floss, or other times, too? You might have gum disease. Do you chew tobacco or smoke? Check with your dentist.

You may have a gum problem, see a dentist. But if you don't floss enough, then that's why. You could also just have really sensitve gums.

You need to floss. Your gums will continue to bleed for a while but eventually will get better. Also, when you brush be sure to hold the toothbrush away from the gums and make little circles with the brush. If the brush is pointing toward the gums, then it pushes all the plaque up into the gums. A waterpik might help you and also an electric toothbrush like the Braun Oral B or a Sonic Care. They're worth the investment for happy teeth and gums. Also use a fluoride rinse such as ACT or Plax.
