Why is there a need for a black federation within the Metropolitan Police Force of London, and why isn't there a white one?

I've got nothing against black people but imagine being a black pig! The Police force is racist to the core so unfortunately these misguided black people who foolishly decide to become coppers need to stick together for protection from their own colleagues, let alone any criminal elements in society !!

There is a police federation - for all officers. The black police association is, i believe, open to all races and colours also.. . It is not just the MET Police either - the Federation and BPA are NATIONAL ...................

In any society with a significant minority, you can expect minority members of government organs to create federations and unions. This has happened in the USA as well in many large cities.. . Because blacks are also minorities in these institutions, they create groups to assist each other, provide peer support, and present a united front in disputes with their employers.

They need a black federation because of historical discrimination which still exists.. . They don't need a white one because white have not been historically discriminated against, and are able to get ahead based upon their abilities.
