How to report a bad debt that has been awarded a judgment by the court to a credit bureau?

No one likes "big brother" after them. I found best way (without any cost) is to contact your state's Attorney General's office and file a complaint. Keep all your records,make copies for complaint. Always save your original copies.

The three credit bureaus regularly check for court judgements, and will add them automatically. . . Unless you already have an account with them you are not able to do this directly.. . Just be patient, it will get on their records in due time, and stay there for 7 years.
