Why does Outlook 2003 stop automatically sending and receiving emails?

Perhaps your login information is incorrect for some of your websites. It might also be a connection issue at your end. Also, have you tried with just one account? Perhaps go through all of the ones you do have for example and isolate the problem that way.

If this happens when Tools--> options -->mail delivery --> check for new messages every ** minuets - is checked; I would GUESS that a third party application is turning it off or blocking it.. . Possible cuplits could be spam filters, firewalls/security, Incredimail.

I had nothing but trouble with Outlook. Switched to IncrediMail and it does great. Wish I could be more help but M.S. really isn't the last word in software.
