Honestly...not much at all. I had the opportunity to do it, but I made more working a crummy dead-end retail job instead.. . The average is about 80-100 dollars a day in this area, with some paying 9 dollars an hour.

In the rural part of NC where I live they make about $50/day. But, long term substitutes make around $75/day.

it depends on the school district. I would look on the district website and find a pay scale chart.

Where ? what state ? what city ? In the Us or abroad ?. What subject are they teaching, does he/she have a bachlors or a masters.
