Your employers for that tax year should have the forms still on-file.. . Call them, or write to them. Payroll department.

Contact your old employer - by law they have to keep a copy of your W2.

Two ways: Contact the IRS as they will have copies which your employers should have filed at the time they gave you the original. OR: Contact your employer/employers from that year and request duplicates.
