You should be more specific. Nero cand burn Divx files just like other files in ISO9660 mode. However i think you are refering to how can you make a Video CD (witch is nor ISO9660). If you want to play them on a DVDPlayer you should know what formats it supports. For example my DVDPlayer supports Divx, so i do not have to convert them to nothing, i just burn them on the cd like files. If it does not support Divx, i should support MPEG 1/2. To convert the video just start Nero and select Video CD, add the div files you want and it should check them and convert them when burning automaticaly (this requires a version of nero that has the video convertor plugin). If your nero version does not have this video convertor (it will display an error when trying to add a divx file, saying that you need the plugin), you can use an other program to convert the files to MPEG 1/2 before writing them. You could searh the net for Avi to MPEG, and you shuld find a good program.

You can use Roxio Easy CD-Creator to make a file that can be burned to CD or DVD. Or you can use VirtualDub to convert a Divx file to mpeg before burning them in Nero.
