Go to the branch of the bank in person, make sure you have proper i.d. and can tell them when the account was opened , etc. With identity theft on the rise , the bank will safeguard the information for the account holder.

google suntrust bank to find their web site. . If they have one go there and follow instructions.. If they have non you would need to phone them, write. to them or go see them.
