What are the expected trends in the stock market over the next six months?

Like most investors, I don't know whether stocks will do well over the next week, month or year. The truthful experts will admit that they don't know either. But if you can handle the ups and downs, stocks and bonds will do well over the next 20-30 years. I invest for the long run.

No one ever knows and that's why the stock market is extremly risky. Put your money in real estate. Depending on your location you may want to wait to put money in real estate because some markets are "cooling" off right now. Definitely worth looking into.

I trade what's in front of me. Right now, i'm pretty defensive and with very short-term view. I cannot deny the bullishness in the short term, but the intermediate term really posts questions. Let me put you like this, if in six months, we have oil at $50, interest rates around 5%, and earnings growth rates above 10% yoy. The Dow goes to 12,000. If anything changes well we may go lower.
