You return it to the store you bought it at and demand that they tell you what is wrong with it and how to fix it or give you your money back. If they won't contact the company that made the Ipod Nano and have them correct the problem. If neither of these things work take it back to the store and in front of the manager sit the Nano on the floor and slam your foot on it and say, "I will never shop here again and I will tell your my friends to not shop here either."
