Best answer
If you have Windows XP Service Pack 2 then thats the message you will receive if a site opens a pop up. If it is a site that you want to recive pop ups from, then you can allow pop ups from that site.

Because its doing exactly what it says on the tin, stopping pop-ups. Dont allow them at all unless you know what you are doing.
