stick with the slow walking and keep your heart rate down at least your still moving and doing what you want. I'm 50 I still run, ha ha but not like I did when I was 20 your still in the race see what you can do to minimize your bronchitis perhaps a warmer drier climate. I don't have bronchitis and I can feel my heart pound at 135 beats / min. keep going slow.

well, you aren't getting any aerobic exercise at 110 beats per min but before you increase the limit you have imposed, PLEASE check with your doctor(s). As the first response says, at least you are doing it. Getting the fat off is a slow process, if you want to keep it off.

110 a minuit pulse is not that fast, i have zero arobic capasity, and i do 140 pulse on a bike on the way to the grocery store.it may seem high if you drive your body /car in low gear, all the time, and only take i out on the free way , once a year. to blow out the carbon .. . i havent exersized .ran in years, and due to poor circulation, and poor vien elasticity, and 100 lbs over weight...my pluming is prity restricted.i have a cloged kichen sink and the water bairly drains out, so our viens get cloged and smaller, and less elastic, and cant handel the volume.. . sound like your lungs are allso cloged and , not use to expanding.
