Why do some people think politicians lack a good sense of humor?

Well, to say the least a few of them did even though it was dry humor..... Now our President G. W. Bush has a sense of humor and he also says things that make one laugh if you listen to him.. . Go to the Sites I have listed here and see just how funny our president is.

I don't think that is necessarily true in all cases. FDR was for real, and so was Harry Truman. We have Senator Evan Baye of Indiana that feels the same way you do, and I do, for that fact. He will be running for President in 08. Check him out. The Democrats have been hiding him.

Bush is actually a pretty funny guy. I think hes one of the biggest threats to freedom and democracy since Hitler, but I'll give him credit where credit is due. He is very funny. His jokes are always spontaneous, original, and pretty damn funny, if of course you can look past the fact that hes stealing everything American used to stand for from right under our noses..... . . Then you've never worked in politics have you? Most politicians have a great sense of humor. But would you show it when the cameras are on with the way this country crtiwues every little innocent thing? People expect politicians to be better than everyone else and still be down to earth people. Can't really have it both ways can you?
