You would attatch the files to an email. Let them know in advance that you are doing this because a lot of people are afraid to open mail with attatchments in case of a virus.

Put it as an attachment to the e-mail. There is an attach button, and browse your computer, find the file, and upload image, then send the email.

When you go to compose email you can attach file and you pick the pictures that you want to email
