Our body produces an acid to compensate for dust and other irritants..the stain is actually what got trapped..microbiological entities, dirt sweat particals from the underwear. you get the idea.

Try using a nail brush with a little bit of soap-any kind of soap will do. Or try soaking them overnight in a vinegar/water mix.

Vaginal discharge is slightly acidic in nature and can 'bleach' out some fabrics, like cotton.
