I really can't answer that question because i have the exact same problem with outlook express on my computer. the best advice i can give is to get an email account through somewhere else. Outlook express sucks. lol

its possible your out going mail servers address is not entered correctly in outlook

Try Mozilla Thunderbird. It's free and part of the Netscape package.

This is most likely a mis-configuration issue with Outlook Express.. . Your Internet Service Provider should have instuctions on their website to configure Outlook Express.. . You can always contact your ISP for assistance.. I could probably create a walk-through doc for you but would need to know who your ISP is.
