Go to your Start Menu, click your Display Picture at the top of your Start Menu.. At the top of the window 'User Accounts', there is a 'Home' button, now click your Username and click "Change Password" or "Add Password" if you havn't got one.. . You'll be prompted to enter your new/old password in twice.. . Nitrogen.

JadedDream29 is correct.. FYI: You can typically never PERMANENTLY change your password ... most systems allow you to type in the old one, then offer some sort of mechanism by which it can be changed. Even things like Banks have this ... you may not be able to do it, but they can assist you (i.e. give you a new PIN if yours get's compromised.)
