Why am I unable to send or retrieve certain emails through Word?

you need to be more specific... if you mean you cant email it... try closing the program before sending the email... . if you are having difficulties receiving the files, if your using a differant version of word ( or windows) then you will need to save it as a text file, and copy and paste it... as if you save as a word document, then it goes strange... hope this helped.
