Job interviews require you to think quickly on your feet and we don't want to say the wrong thing, so this causes a lot of pressure. I would get a job interview book that gives you sample questions for the job you are applying for. That way, you can rehearse your answers ahead of time. That way, when you go to the interview, you will already know exactly what to say.

They should be somewhat nerve wracking..you have a lot on the line, and a lot to loose. But with each interview, the job should become more easy...practice makes perfect. Put your best foot forward without being too forward. Be somewhat agressive in the interview without being confrontational. Show the interviewer that you are sincere in you job desires. You should do just fine.

They shouldn't be if you are prepared. I highly recommend a book called Knock Em Dead by Martin Yate. As an H.R. person, I feel it is one of the best manuals on the topic.. . You need to be able to sell yourself, be honest, and be confortable. If you follow his advice, you can.
