Re-check your Pop-Up block disabled it. I have this problem before and later I found out that "POP-UP BLOCK" turns on automatically. Now I always check it if Java applets won't open. I hope it will do to you also.

Reboot your puter, If that don't work, Go to JAVA.com and redownload JAVA software
