Mature in body, you are right. but not in mind. Male are slightly and mostly more mature in mind more than female. In body appearance, females looks more mature than males, but is not. Women always want to be a girl but men never want to be a boy in most cases. Women want to be pet and looked after (care for) since ages. This has led them to act younger even though they are older. And that breeds a belief that they acts younger but looks older, hence, mature. In the other hand men reaches for being a protective individual to a provider. Putting him in a situation from ages to play an older role for a younger individual. A role that demand from him to act more mature and fulfill the needs of that position, even though he can't do all sometimes. These are granted with more adrenaline, muscular fixtures and the hunger to dominate. Just like "Boys don't cry". Boys do cry, but the demand is they(the boy) should face it like a man. A boy in a man shoes does not look mature, because there are spaces to fill, but a woman in a girl's shoe or wanna be younger looks mature, because there is nothing to fill. she has passed that stage or age before. But the man hasn't reach it. Nature (time) made it so, but there is always LOVE in the air, enjoy it. Two captain can REST in one boat, one either rule or support to other.
