If 'manpower' refers to 'workforce', what term can be used to represent the equivalent concept for women?

WOMANPOWER = In a woman, the moral courage and self-respect to read the rather childish responses to this frivolous question, yet be able to say, "Oh well, they don't represent the point of view of most Americans. Women outnumber men in American universities, women hold nearly half the top jobs in Fortune 500 companies, and women STILL can have babies if they choose. It's kinda fun being a woman."

Oi!. I'm insulted.. So do you know the answer?. But I think when they say man power...maybe they meant human power.... Who's they anyways.. Woman power mights be for "fertility"...and I still odn't know what that word means.. Or maybe for "motherhood".. I don't know!. Ask your mom!
