I believe you have a virus. spyware, or something equally malicious. Run a ton of virus scans, spyware removers, ad removers, etc. Then as earlier suggested, stop using IE and go firefox.

Get Firefox. nothing like this will ever happend again. I think you have spywate affecting IE or the attachment is corrupted.

download netscape browser works great no crashes.. may be slow downloading stuff but netscape never crashes.
