start thinking about the good sides of life! or meditate! think about the example your setting to other people who would hear about your death! Talk to your self in front of the mirror and stop counting how many mistakes or the causes of depression but start counting about the good things that happend in your life! Think of how lucky you are to be alive in the first place! Think of those babies that are aborted through abortion, wishing that they are alive! think about those who would be sad if your gone! think about those person you'll hurt when your gone! would you like that? no! And think that, if you commit suicide, will that change everything? no! so what I want to say is that, stay positive in a right way and always keep in mind of how lucky you are to be alive!
