Best answer
Head for a doctor! That can be several things two of which you can head off, one which could worsen! Blood pressure or diabetics. ASAP get your self to a doctor.

Salt may make you retain fluid- make bp go up- sugar can make glucose levels in blood rise and then drop- like w hypoglycemia=low blood sugar- see a health practioner to check it out. get well.
