Go to your doctor and ask about getting your scar injected with something called Marcaine. This sometimes works to alleviate pain of Caesarian scars or scar pain in general. Hope this is helpful to you.

Ihave the same problem. My last c-section was in 1989 and I still get sharp pains in my scar. I ask my Dr. and he said they are contusions. Some kind of compression force against the muscle. Hope this helps.

I hope you took your antibiotics after you had the c-section. Now, i don't think it means anything, especially after eight years. You're gonna have to keep going to different doctors to find out what's wrong, cause there is definitely a problem.

There should be something that they could do; at least for the re-occurring infection. I have had several surgeries, and scar tissue eventually will grow around the incision site(on the inside, of course). Sometimes, the scar tissue CAN become like a vine, and grow onto other organs. This is when you need to have it surgically removed. If you are still having this intense pain, I would go back to my doctor, and request that they do a ultra sound. Good luck

It's adhesions and the doctors are trying to fob you off, especially if they did the first operation 'cos they may have cocked it up.It's quite serious and potentially life threatening.Tell the next doctor you see to do something or you will sue.Try and get a female Doctor too.
