To experience a different culture and give you a new perspective on your own. Also, if you can learn a second language while abroad, it can give you a competitive edge in finding a job, especially with the ongoing increase of globalization.

For a long time now, Western countries in Europe and North America have been the world's super powers. Projections show that China and other developing Eastern countries (such as Japan) are in line to take that title. Studying at schools in these countries would show intuition for later experience. Studying abroad in general can give valuable insight into choosing the correct career path later in life when it will count. If you should choose to study in another language, it would be a very expedient way to learn a new language. Overall, it allows for a more well-rounded education and character.

It'll broaden your horizon, and allow you to appreciate what you have. If you go into a immersion program you'll be able to completely speak a new language fluently, and you'll learn new exciting cultures

wherever you are applying to should be a good move. you get more and more experience of living a versatile life. i , myself, contemplated that question, n gone through studying abroad. i have to admit, studying abroad were the best years of my life. you get to explore nightlife, you meet people from other countries (which could be useful in the future). Seriously, take it from me. It'll be fun.
