The previous poster is correct in that it is a small residential lot, but you'll need to check your local planning commission to see exactly what you can do with the property. The Planning Commission may be called Planning and Zoning, Zoning Board, etc. Each municipality has it's own nuances when it comes to zoning, but in general, R-5 will be a small lot, and essentially exists as transitional zoning between traditional single family homes and more dense structures like apartments or high-rises. Depending on your particular zoning laws, townhomes and/or rowhouses may be allowed. Many municipalities have rules specifically pertaining to mobile homes, so definitely check with the commission to see what your options are. They will also have zoning maps that will show you the city/county you live in and what everything is zoned, so even if R-5 doesn't suit your needs, you may find another zoning classification that does, and then find where those areas are on the map and look at properties there.. . Good luck
