How can I retrieve or cancel an email that I've already sent?

If you are using Outlook there is a way. Got to "Sent Mail". Open the message you want to recall. Click on the Menu-Item "Action". Here you find an option "Recall sent message".. . Sometimes it really worx! It usually doesn't when you are really desperate... this is the silent partnership of Bill Gates with Mr. Murphy!

You don't have any option to cancel any sent message. . . "Done is done, which cannot be undone"

you cant..unless youknow the person's password and can get in there and delete it beforethey see it...make sure you empty the trash folder too
