Best thing, honestly, Mr Clean Magic Eraser. They use no chemicals, so dont dry out your seats. Just be sure to use a rich leather conditioner like Meguiars after to maintain suppleness.

Always use a cleaner designed specifically for leather seats. Also try a leather conditioner (after they are cleaned) it will extend the life of the leather, make it softer and provide a barrier for future dirt buildup.
