How can you efficiently manage and eliminate unwanted email?

Chechk 'Select All' box at the top of the listed messages and click Delete. It cant be any simpler.

On your folders options, there should be a label of 'junk' or 'bulk'. next to it should be an 'empty' option. hit empty. There, done. BUT double check that folder before you empty because I have had good mail go in there on accident before. Why I dodn't know. Just glance to be safe.

To my knowledge, you cannot. It brings up 20 or so.. you click delete, then the succeeding 20 or so pages come up and you click delete, etc etc until all gone. I knew of one gal who had 400 messages and it took her a long time to get rid of all the messages on her machine.

If it`s in your bulk folder, hit empty.

There usually is an "Empty junk mail" button on webmail services. You could also display all messages, then choose select all and then delete.. . If using a mail application like outlook, then right click on the folder and choose empty folder or empty junk mail.
