The Dirt, by Motley Crue.. . If you don't know, they are/were a metal/hair bad, very big in the '80's. The book is filthy, disgusting, and completely entertaining, I thought.. . If you don't like the Crue, rock, or partying, this book is not for you.

"Moonslasher." The book was written in the late 1980s by Douglas D. Hawk. I have read it MANY times and STILL catch myself holding my breath in a couple of places in the book. Might want to check it and his other two books out. ("The Occult Madonna" and "The Devouring.")

Graham Greene's The End of the Affair is possibly the best love story that I have ever read and watched.

I Love Everybody (And Other Atrocious Lies) by Laurie Notaro.. I've also read her xmas book as well as the 'idiot girls action adventure guide'. . . They are quite possibly the funniest books I've read!

"Crazy Horse and Custer" by Stephen Ambrose. This is a parallel biography of the two warriors that compares and contrasts not only their lives but their cultures. It is very detailed and brings history to life. I became so interested in Crazy Horse as a result of this book that I read "Crazy Horse--Strange Man of the Oglalas" by Mari Sandoz, also interesting, entertaining, and insightful. I also recommend it.
