Your joints are wearing out. Before long they will get harder too move with limited range, then it gets worse.

Means youre gonna have arthritis in the future. Drink lots of milk for calcium and take vitamin C.

It's usually ligaments snapping back into place.. . And unless it hurts, it's nothing to worry about.
