cell phone of course. Find out what kind of service they have and go to that site and text them. this site instant messenger doesn't support some phones.

Their are two options the first is tht u use yahoo messenger for messeging from computer to phone and the second option is to register on a website www.sms.ac.in here u can send everyday 5 sms to any cellphone for free.
