Have you considered seeing a dermotologist? I am post menopausal so I know what you're talking about. At our age, it is very possible that it could be pre-cancerous and need to be removed. I'd certainly recommend seeing someone if what you've done so far hasn't helped.. . You might also try some coverup one shade lighter than your foundation. Coverup / foundation / coverup and powder lightly.
