Best answer
Ive had this prob before and our tech came over and reset a bunch of log / ini files. I would recommend contacting intuit or whoever is supporting your software.

Maybe a firewall or a setting on the browser, disable the firewall and restore the browser settings to default. That would be a good starting point.
