Why would you want to? Get Netscape 8.1 - it's free and it works better.

you cant /almost every product from MS and big companies need validation, otherwise you cannot install.. it is BS but what can we do.. go for firefox... it is free and much better

you can't you need to be able to use the validation tool for all new microsoft products. If your legal this is no issue, if not purchase a legal version of windows.
