As far as I know, india or Thailand. India can be quite scary so if you are only going there for dental work and not a spiritual experience in abject poverty then go to Thailand, its allot more western and you can have the work done to a high standard whilst living on a beautyful beach. . . Thailand is practicaly western these days, developing fast and has some very high standard clinics. Be careful but dont be scared!
