With your tax dollars and silly laws that suggest the criminal has more rights then the victim which suggest that by merely committing the crime, you(the criminal) are protected, and the added bouns(if jailed) free med.,dental,education(not cheap) 3 squares and a place to lay their head. What more could you ask for?

1/ right to legal presentation.. 2/ right to be tried by a jury of your peers if applicable.. 3/ right to confront your accusser.. 4/ right to a speedy trial. 5/ innocent until proven guilty . 6/ right to a public hearing. 7/ right to mount a viable legal defence. 8/ right not to incriminate yourself by opting for silence at interrogation and trial.. 9/ right to testify in your own defense and call others to testify on your behalf.. 10/ the burden of proof lies with the prosecution who have to make a case against you.
