Why are there instances where illegal immigrants seem to have more rights than natural-born US citizens?

Because the corporations of this nation are wanting the illegal immagrants to enter the US illegally and take our jobs for less money and the politicians want the illegal hispanic vote. Illegal Immagrants make up 95% of the crime in the US! I am not just talking about hispanics, I am saying all immagrants of all nationality. I am not racist I have many American Hispanic friends and other nationalities who have come to the USA legally and become productive citizens. Really? I would be interested to see where you get those "facts" from. Illegals are not eligible for social security, unemployment, health insurance, welfare, medicaid, medicare, or even a driver's license. As an American citizen these are all things I either have or have the option of using if I so need.. . So could you please explain to me HOW the illegals have more rights than me?
