What is the best way to make hard fudge candy using Splenda sugar instead of regular sugar?

I don't think splenda crystalizes the way sugar does. Normal sugar works best, but if you cannot use it try using aspartame or Sweet and Low.. I know it's bad for you, but so is Splenda and unless you eat a lot of candy day after day, it is not going to hurt you.

You might want to try using the splenda Baking mix, it's made especially for baking and heated goods using a mixture of real sugar and splenda.
