Its against the law to sell any prescription drug that was prescribed to you or anyone else. Don't endanger anyones life by trying to sell them something their own doctor wouldn't give them. Since you don't need them take them to your pharmacist and ask them to dispose of them for you.

if you can't sell them on EBay, then that should be your first clue, you can't sell them period.
