What is the most natural and cost-effective method for eliminating bad breath other than frequent brushing?

If you are brushing at least twice a day, flossing once a day, (and as wisely mentioned above) brushing your tongue and drinking a good amount of water and of course getting that sticky plaque and tartar removed by our dental friends every 6 months.....the bad breath problem may be due to sinusitis or a medication that your on. After following the regimen above and you still have halitosis, seek professional advice from a dentist.

Floss every time you eat a meal (after you eat) and ALWAYS use listerine. It burns a little but it sure does help. Also, your diet can play a big part in bad breath. Fresh fruit, especically pineapple is known to help. Drink lots and lots of water, and chew some sugar free mint gum.
