Best answer
A couple of days in the shop. Its a major pain. You should replace both head gaskets,with better aftermarket gaskets. Fords are crap.

HAVE A QUALIFIED TECH PERFORM THE REPAIR. THE CYLINDER HEAD(S) SHOULD ALSO BE CHECKED FOR CRACKS AND OR WARPAGE BY A MACHINE SHOP
