Best answer
There are a few factors out there that can cause the symptoms you've described. Such as flu, stress, if you stop taking medication prescrbed by a Dr. and many more.. Maybe contact your physician and describe your symptoms.. ER may be able to help as well.. Just make sure you're hydrated.

These are symptoms of a gall bladder attack or appendix attack. Don't just sit there, get to a hospital. It's your body, listen to it!
