Its a social experience for women. They chat and primp and the like. As for men, they are strictly business. Make no eye contact, get in, and get out.

Women take longer to pee. Also, we are more likely to stay in the bathroom afterwords to "primp." Also, strangely, women often go to the bathroom in pairs while men seem able to do it by themselves... What is that all about?

Men and women must have different pee thresholds. I suppose its because half the men are out at some tree instead and they have urinals that they can crowd into too. Remember women are also looking after other things in their like periods. To my way of thinking they should just put twice as many loo's for women in the first place - problem solved. Which reminds me - why can't men get from A to B in a car without stopping to pee?

I think more women go than men.. Like a group of 4 go when only 1 needs. . And apparently women in general need to go to the loo more than men. They need to go for other reasons than getting the toilet like fixing hair makeup etc.. Also men go in and out generally and women take their time usually. Maybe if they go for a pee they'll stop and check their hair and I don't know about men but almost every woman washes their hands.. So there are even more queues inside.. Not to mention those bloody hand dryers take about 5 hours to work.. . . . PS- I've actually heard that the women's toilets sometimes have less or the same amount of cubicles than the mens. That doesn't make much sense to me, especially since you guys got urinals. I wonder if it's true.

1) Women almost always have smaller bladders than men, so they need to pee more often.. . 2) Women spend more time in the bathroom (washing their hands, among other things).. . 3) Most public places have the same number of bathrooms for women as for men -- but since the women's bathrooms get more visitors who spend more time there, that means lineups at the ladies' loo.. . You get used to it. Sigh.
