What is the United States' plan for withdrawing its military and economic support from Germany and Japan?

Our military is forward deployed to protect our strategic interests around the globe including the western Pacific (Japan).. . Out troops will be withdrawn or in the process of being withdrawn from Germany.. . Cool simplistic question, dude.

Bring them home, we need them on the Mexican border .. Just 30,000 would put a huge dent in the border problems and contribute to the economy of the S. West .

There is none!. . Also, there's no exit strategy for the war on poverty, or the war on AIDS.. . Why did FDR attack Germany? Japan attacked us, not Hitler. FDR LIED, SOLDIERS DIED! Maybe he was trying to reward his rich buddies!. . (sarcasm, of course.)
