When you're writing a CV, the most important thing to consider is the audience. Ask yourself: who's going to be reading this CV? What will he/she/they want to know? Then make sure that your CV gets that message across.. . Without knowing your particular field or purpose for writing the CV, I can't give you more specific advice about what to put first, etc., but it's probably good to put the most impressive stuff towards the top.. . Finally, I suggest you look at models of CVs written by other people in your field and imitate them.
