What are some good gift ideas for nephews and nieces during Christmas?

I am giggling - you are so right sticks and boxes - anyway um why not spend some time with them give their parents a gift too! I don't know how many you have but take em to MickeyD's let them run rampant out in the play area or stay at their house while their parents go out and just love em and laugh alot - thats what they will remember most!! Since they are rather young, maybe you can go with "creative" play toys like blocks! Legos are great, too. They can build stuff and rebuild depending upon their moods.. . Play Dough toys are fun, too. They are great for rainy days and when they have to stay inside.. . Also- if you have nieces- jump ropes are fun. . . If they like to play dress up, there are toys and things you can buy that they can dress up and play act. . . Coloring books and crayons are fun, too. Sometimes simple gifts are fun, too!

I would go with savings bonds. That way they can keep it for when they get older.

buy them coloring stuff and paint and get them a big box to make a house and their is a toy u can by that is cordboard as big as a playouse and come with coloring stuff so u can decorate it like ur house.....merry christmas

Maybe you could just take them for the day some where like an indoor attraction or something if they get lots of gifts give them memories instead of A toy

maybe you could take them somewhere rather than giving them and actual gift, like Disney on Ice, an amusement park, a children's concert, the zoo, etc.
